CHERNOBYL NO MORE

Most of the groups on the reactor pages are small local groups working in the region of the plant. This type of grassroots effort is criticaly important to stopping nuclear power. In the past it has been nearly impossible for people from outside of the country to financially support these efforts, but part of the Chernobyl+10 Campaign is to change this.

Use the account number (or mail address) below and place the name of the plant you are concerned with in the comment line of your transfer (or the memo line of your check). All your gift will go directly to the local group, with no transfer costs and no currency exchange costs.

Even small contributions by western standards will make a big difference to these campaigns where almost all the living and operating costs are much lower. So to transfer funds:

And please remember to place the name of the plant you wish to support the efforts to close on the comment line of your transfer (or the memo line of your check), so we know which groups to transfer the funds to. If you wish to support the entire Chernobyl Plus 10 Campaign, simply write "Full C+10 Campaign" in the comment line of your transfer or check. And for contributions of greater than 25 DM or US$ 15 we will send you a "No More Chernobyls" sticker.
