This international conference will be held in both Russian and English with energy experts and anti-nuclear activists from Europe and around the world.

The general agenda for the event will consist of three parts spread over the three days:
1) The effects of Chernobyl: Health, economic and political
2) The problem of nuclear energy, especially concentrating on the East European region
3) Energy policy solutions, efficiency, renewables, least cost planning - obsticals and success stories.
