A. The Rise and Development of the System

Denmark has been preparing the system since 1991. Requirements for PC system of data registration and a study of cases dealing with methods of data collecting were worked on. The pilot project for this study should have been prepared in 1995. This project is aimed to an industrialized locality in Denmark. All important information of problems with chosen methods should be found in the project. Realization of main part of it should have begun in 1995.
