Protected areas of mineral deposits in Czech Republic
Ministry of Environment, territorial planning department, provides
protected areas of mineral deposits by decisions, coordinated with the
State Mining Administration and regional (district) offices of the pertinent
territory. It is not of mineral wealth interests to found buildings and
facilities which are not connected with an exploitation of exclusive
minerals (if it contradict the Act of protection and utilization of mineral
wealth = "Mining Law"). Exceptions are considered by Mining Administration
Office only with agreement of Ministry of Environment.
